SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE?
The item/product you select prior checkout determines when you will receive your package. Once an order is placed, all in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. During this “processing” time our warehouse is busy picking, packing and readying your order to be shipped. Once our carrier picks up your order, they make every attempt to deliver it within the timeline of the selected item/product. Most Shipping is 3-7 days.If your order has not shipped within this time frame it may be because you ordered:
- Pre-Order Item - (can take up to 6 weeks to ship)
- Feature Product - (Date will be placed within the Description)
- An Item form one of our Collections (Depending on whether the item in the collection is handmade (2-3 weeks to ship*)
- Mesheal Lynn Subscription Boxes usually ship out on the 15th of every month.
WHAT IS PROCESSING TIME AND HOW DOES IT IMPACT MY ORDER?
We guarantee to process all orders within 2-4 business days from your order date. During new product launches and the holiday season, we guarantee to process your order within 5 business days of your order date. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday. While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to “shipped” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. At the moment we don't international shipping but look forward to adding this in the future.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNING AN ORDER?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) at cost to you. Look at the Shipping and Return page for more details.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at his or her discretion. It is recommended that you choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You may view the status of your order by logging into your Mesheal Lynn account and clicking on Past Orders. Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter. Select www.mesheallynn.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.
I'M LOCAL CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes! If you're in Cleveland, Texas or near there, you have the option to pick up your order at our office. Just select Local Pick -Up as your shipping option when you check out. Once your order is complete, you'll be sent an dates to book a pick up time in your order confirmation email.
THE TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
Mesheal Lynn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. If your package is still no where to be found, please contact us at email@example.com.
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate. At this time, our site does not have the capability to accept multiple currencies.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
**All Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Personalized Items, & Sale Items are FINAL**
We want you to be happy with your jewels! If they don't make you say "love it," you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll walk you through the process! We do not provide return labels at this time.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items, personalized items, & Gifts are FINAL SALE
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
Oh no! We're so sorry - we know how much of a disappointment this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes we love that you're gifting our pieces! Click gifts to be sent to our gift page. We have Gift Sets, Mesheal Lynn Boxes and Subscriptions available for gifts. All Gifts come with gift wrapping & a personalized note from you.
If you what you want is not available on the gift page email us at firstname.lastname@example.org an we can make accommodations.
You can also ship a package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout.
THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL IT BE BACK?
Yikes, looks like you missed out! We try our best to keep our best selling pieces in stock, but sometimes, they just move too fast.
If you're lucky, the product will already be available for pre-order so you can purchase and reserve it immediately. This means that the item is guaranteed to make a comeback, and you're guaranteed to get it!
