In stock orders are processed and leave our office/warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays. Please see table below for estimated shipping timelines (once your package leaves our office!)
If you've ordered a "pre-order" item, your order will ship once all the items on your order are available.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, and weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery with signature, please refer to our Express Shipping option.
Need it faster? We've got you covered! Our express shipping option will get you your sparkle within a couple business days. Note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days. Please note that choosing expedited shipping for orders that include personalized items or items with a future ship date will be shipped with expedited shipping once the item is available to ship.
All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
Mesheal Lynn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We process your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to make an adjustment or cancel your order, send a request to email@example.com right away. Note that sending an email does not mean that your adjustment or cancellation is guaranteed to be processed. We will contact you as soon as we receive your email to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note: that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.
If an item has an estimated ship date, it means that the item is on its way to us and is estimated to be available to ship on the date specified. This way, you can purchase and reserve the item(s) you want in advance to ensure you're the first to get your hands on it!
Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders.
LOCAL PICK-UP (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE)
If you’re in Cleveland, you have the option to pick up your order at our local office. To pick up your order, select "Pick Up" as your delivery method when you check out. Once your order ready, you will receive an email notification with a link to book a pick up time.
We know that things happen - if you can't make your appointment, please let us know! As a courtesy we'll send you an email reminder to come by and pick up your purchase at the appointment time.
Please note that your order must be picked up within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, your order will be canceled and a credit will sent to you to use towards your next purchase. Our pick up times are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic and the monkey pox. We are doing curbside pick up. Please have your order confirmation email.

We are shipping orders as usual. However, due to current global situations, please expect that packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame listed below during this time. As postal services are dealing with increased volumes and implementing safety distancing measures, please check your local postal outlet or their website for more details. Please note that it is common for a package to say delivered and turn up a few days later. We are not responsible for shipping or return costs associated with late package arrivals. Please note that we are not responsible for undeliverable packages.
