We want you to be happy with your jewels and other products! If they don't make you say "love" it, we'd love to help you coordinate a return, exchange or store credit for qualifying item(s) within 7 days after shipment has been delivered.

US returns are sent to PO BOX 1498 Cleveland Tx, 77327. Please note the entire return process will take an estimated 1-4 weeks from when you ship it, to when your return is processed.
If you had an issue with your product upon shipping arrival such a broken or damaged merchandise, please send photos to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: DAMAGES; we are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements if in stock. If not a store credit will be issued. *Once we receive your DAMAGES email + photos we will send a follow up email with instructions on how to precede.
Please note: the Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. -(However this is on a case by case basis depending on the situation)
If you choose to exchange an order, please note that discount codes can not be applied to the order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original packing list

Note that we do not accept packages shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other couriers. Please ship with USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your return is received and checked, a store credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card. If you choose to exchange an item, we will process the exchange item order as soon as your return is on the way back to our office.
